RTG2416 Virtual Retreat 2020
Due to special times we organized a virtual retreat on November 26th & 27th 2020. Although a bit different from our last in-person retreats we had a successful meeting using the platforms Zoom and Gather.Town.
We heard classic talks, played funny games and had interactive discussions during our graphical abstract presentation and our virtual dinner. Finally, we enjoyed an extraordinary keynote lecture by Prof. Panayiota Poirazi
from the Foundation of Research and Technology-Hellas (FORTH), Heraklion, Crete, Greece.

The RTG starts ‘The Beverage Club’!
Due to the on-going restrictions caused by the pandemic we cannot be physically at the same place. Thus, we meet each other quite infrequently and only for official business. To rocket start our personal communication again, we would like to start The Beverage Club. We will meet on Wednesday evenings after work via zoom for all the informal conversations, that we didn’t have for the last months. So please take any drink you like (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), sit down comfortably and talk virtually about anything and nothing. All students, PIs and coordinators are hereby formally invited
