MatLab Workshop: “Spike Sorting – How to Analyze Neuronal Activity”

As part of the RTG 2416 MultiSenses – MultiScales, Prof. Dr. Yoram Ben-Shaul (Department of Medical Neurobiology, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel) will give a MatLab workshop on “Spike Sorting – How to Analyze Neuronal Activity”.

The workshop will deal with the analysis of electrophysiological data. More precisely, Prof. Ben-Shaul will give insights into the topic of spike sorting. He will give an overview how to analyze extracellular recorded action potentials and which steps are needed to make a spike sorter work in MatLab. The whole event will be interactive

Prof. Dr. Yoram Ben-Shaul

As part of the RTG2416 seminar series, Prof. Dr. Yoram Ben-Shaul will hold a talk on “Analysis of accessory olfactory bulb responses to inbred versus wild mouse stimuli”.
